Glossary of Terms
Incentive
A trip/event claimable by a Participant under the Incentive Programme.
Incentive Programme
The b Incentive Programme as set out within this Participant Contract.
Participant
An EBU Sales employee invited to participate in the Incentive Programme.
EBU Sales
All teams under the Directors of Enterprise Sales.
Participant Contract
This document as a whole as amended by Vodafone at its sole discretion.
Introduction
The Participant agrees to enter the Incentive Programme subject to the terms & conditions of this Participant Contract.
The Incentive Programme is intended to recognise first class sales performance and provide Incentives that will generate incremental revenue growth.
Vodafone Premier Club 2011-2012 starts on 1st April 2011 and closes on 30th March 2012.
Vodafone Premier Club website is available after the EBU sales conference on 5th May 2011.
Performance tables displaying performance will be available on vodafonepremierclub.co.uk from June 2011.
Performance
You must deliver over 100% of Weighted Average Performance over 2011/12 FY achieved.
You must have a minimum of G Grading in 2011/12 FY.
You must be within Enterprise Sales for a minimum of 9 months of 2011/12 (excluding Best Newcomer).
Scoring is achieved using a points system based on Overall Weighted Average Performance. For example, April Average Weighted equals 121% this equates to 121 Points.
Performance Tables for each Sales Segment is a guide only. Allocation will not be specific per segment.
Performance Tables for all Sales Managers will be based on transformational behaviour as well as performance.
Embody Sales Transformation through appropriate behaviours.
Performance displayed on the site per segment is a guide only of allocation.
Incentives
Not transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Paid-for annual leave for the annual award trip. This does not affect your holiday allowance, however Participants are able to request additional leave to extend their stay (with line manager approval).
Not available to Participants who have confirmed their resignation from Vodafone or from EBU Sales at any time.
Subject to change from time to time or may be withdrawn by Vodafone at Vodafone's discretion at any time without prior notice.
Incentives Winners
All winners are subject to a review Panel in April 2012.
Shall be announced at the EBU Sales conference in spring 2011 where the decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Shall be over 18 and agree to have photographs and video footage taken to be used for publicity purposes.
Any income tax and/ or national insurance payable solely due to the Incentive shall be paid for by Vodafone.

Managers Choice
Managers Choice decided through Nomination Process including evidence. Sign off from Channel Head required. It is for those who have demonstrated outstanding performance that may not be represented by pure sales figures.
One Winners to be chosen by Sales Directors.
Will not be displayed in the performance displays.
One winner for Small & Large
Best Newcomer
Must have been within Enterprise for minimum of 4 months of 2011/12 FY.
For an individual who has made outstanding contribution to the business over their first few months.
Will not be displayed in the performance displays.
One winner for Small & Large
Quarterly Winners Club
12 winners are selected from the top 100 performers for each Quarter.
This year's incentive includes the 'Quarterly Winners Club'.
Each Quarter recognises the top performers and contributors to success in Enterprise.
Winners are decided by a review panel (including nominations) from each Channel.
The reward for the 12 winners selected from Enterprise is a luxurious Gala Dinner evening event at a top class venue.
